Each session is catered to the individuals needs and is offered in the privacy of your own home or online. Here are some Styles of Practice that may help guide your needs.

Private Yoga Sessions:

Yoga Pulse:

“Yoga Pulse” is a vinyasa flow following rhythmic movement. This approach links yoga postures with breath and incorporates a “pulse” (dance-like)effect throughout the flowing sequences with an attention to alignment. This fluid style invites the joints and ligaments to awaken gradually while offering a dynamic approach to the overall practice. My in person approach entails a gentle and mindful mini massage with aromatherapy in savasana (upon request).

Soothe and Sound:

A sound healing restorative practice beginning with gentle movement to open and warm the body, using props to support us in a series of 5-7 prolonged postures to calm the nervous system. The practice will be sealed in savasana with a sound bath and a vedic chant. My in person approach entails gentle and mindful hands on adjustments (upon request).

Seeded Yoga:

A gentle and grounding chair yoga practice to awaken the body from ones work day. This will be a seated exploration of linking the breath with opening the upper body, awakening the spine and overall increased body awareness followed by a breathing technique to calm the nervous system. Helps participants of all ages and levels to reduce stress, cultivate mindfulness and maintain mobility throughout the day.

private Guided Meditation:

Session opens up with a guided breathing journey to ease your nervous system into relaxation. Following visualization through nature and the human senses. This spiritual imagery invites a focal point to deepen us into a meditative state following healing affirmations.

Private Vedic chanting:

Vedic Chanting is the ancient art of transmitting the Veda-s orally, from teacher to student, in a strictly prescribed way. This practice hones your listening skills tremendously, improves memory, works to extend the breath fully, opens the throat chakra and can create a focal point that can lead to a deep meditative state.
